the point at which something begins its course or existence.

In this case the prompt was “to put information about yourself or your site so readers know where you are coming from”. Ok…I believe we all come from one place or one origin, thus the name “1-origin“, not to be read as one minus origin, just one origin. I come from someplace out there, and depending upon your beliefs I come from a place identifiable, though not everyone identifies things the same way. My mother said I was born in a Jewish Hospital but that didn’t make me Jewish. According to the date I was born, some say I am a Capricorn and others say that depends on how you view the astronomy of the day, meaning I could have been born under that sign or a different sign astrologically. Everyone wants to put you in a box, and I just can’t go for that. I’m claustrophobic. I prefer limitless boundaries. However, being a well-cranked jack-in-the box could be interesting.

I suppose the “ABOUT” page is meant to identify me via some perspicacious view that allows the reader greater insight into my psyche, thus giving them a better reason to come back to this particular weblog more often. Numbers can be defining but numbers don’t tell everything. I have a preference for the number one used in combination with naught.

Somewhat of a hermit I have moved about a little but not too far from whence I came. A person starts to live when he can live outside himself. It helps to be able to adjust to new surroundings. I may seem a bit eccentric or perplexing at times yet playfulness is my favorite trait. Imagination is a big part of life and if you can’t imagine something how can you ever expect it to be? Imagination is more important than knowledge. Einstein said that.

I expect a lot sometimes and get nothing, yet sometimes in expecting nothing I receive a lot. When it comes to syncs I expect a lot and get a lot of them, sometimes in what may seem never-ending clusters. It makes life interesting. I have a tendency to see the smallest things in life as miracles. There are two ways to live your life – one is as though nothing is a miracle, the other is as though everything is a miracle. Einstein said that, too.

So with Schroedinger outta the bag I hope to make life a little more interesting by the occasional experiment. To borrow a quote from Fyodor Dostoyevsky, “It is not the brains that matter most, but that which guides them—the character, the heart, generous qualities, progressive ideas.”
